About kevin geow
KGD was founded by Kevin Geow, a rookie agent when he first joined Huttons Real Estate Group in Feb 2003. After a few years of being a champion sales realtor, he realised his calling to start growing a team. So along with a few of his agents, they started the first Team A.
Kevin started marketing resale units in eastern Singapore, mainly in D15. He worked with both resale property owners and buyers. He then started Geographical Target Area (GTA) sales and marketing in numerous projects. The most successful of which was the Cote D’Azur private condominium development in East Coast/Marine Parade, where he completed more than 100 sales and rental transactions out of the 612 units.
Over the next few years, Kevin grew a small team out of newly-joined agents who wanted to learn the ropes from him. Over a short period of 2 years, this team, now known as KGD, grew to become the largest team in Huttons.
Kevin is a very creative salesperson known for his simple solutions. When confronted with a problem, he is always quickly able to come up with a simple yet effective method to counter the issues, and hence convert them into sales.
Positive and Strong Mindset
As a leader with a strong and positive mindset, he believes that every associate is special and has their own unique talents just waiting to be developed into quantifiable sales figures. In the years following its formation, KGD has since groomed numerous leaders and sales consultants into champions.
Kevin believes that even as a leader, learning never stops. He constantly challenges himself and his team to learn and to adapt new methods to retain a competitive edge in the real estate industry. “You never know until you try and make things happen,” he says.
